A systems analyst in the management team that oversaw application support and development of Woolworths Limited online store applications (Big W, Dan Murphy's, Dick Smith Electronics and Woolworths Online). This team oversaw ITIL-aligned incident and change management processes while coordinating between key stakeholders and offshore development and support teams.

• Successfully implemented a monitoring solution which allows quick response to problems and rapid triage.
• Developed enhancements, for example, retargeting advertising, real user monitoring, and internal web-based .NET applications for the business to track orders and SKU quantities.
• Decommissioned Dick Smith Online after being divested from Woolworths Limited
